OUR "Boulevard Raspail" PROPERTY
A spacious, elegant and quintessentially French apartment, located in a glorious Haussmann-era building. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows and is sun-drenched by fifth-floor light. With high ceilings, a grand piano, indoor trees and beautiful furnishings, this place has it all.
As you enter into a generous foyer, looking through the arched French doors you will see, to the left, the large salon, where the couch is framed by more arched windows. To the right you’ll find the equally grand dining room and in the center the study, with grand piano, bookshelves, and plants.
The fully-equipped, gleaming kitchen has all the necessary appliances to enable you to cook just like at home. It also features a table that can seat five guests.
The main bedroom is luxuriously appointed with a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two features a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The second bathroom, newly renovated, lies between the two secondary bedrooms.
A large, welcoming apartment within a great location (the Jardin de Luxembourg - the perfect park, is on your doorstep); if you long for a calm and elegant stay in Paris, even with the kids, then look no further.
THE LOCATION
The 6th arrondissement is home to Saint Germain des Près, multitudinous cafés and restaurants which have by now become the stuff of legend, the Rive Gauche and les bouquinistes (booksellers) along the river Seine, wonderful outdoor food markets, and jaw-dropping building after jaw-dropping photo-op building, things you'll know you've seen before but not quite sure where (in the movies, as backdrops to famous fashion photo spreads, most likely). Here's a tiny sampling of things right outside the door of your fabulous apartment:
First, of course, the Luxembourg Gardens
The Boulevard Saint Germain des Prés boasts some of the best shopping and strolling in all Paris – nay, the world!
Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore: Sartre and Camus participated in "philosophy bees," actual head-to-head competitions set up by the proprietors of Les Deux Magots and the Café de Flore.
A short stroll away, don't miss visiting the wondrous Musée d'Orsay – another Parisian monument designed by an Italian architect!
Around the corner is the River Seine, beckoning you to an evening boat ride with cocktails, or a delectable dinner, and gorgeously lit buildings rising on either side.
The Hotel Lutetia has a long and well-curated connection to jazz, and the building itself is a beaux arts marvel. Go by for an afternoon refreshment, or an evening musicale.
The booksellers, or bouquinistes, along the Seine have been there since 1500, according to Rick Steves.
The nearest metro stop to the apartment is "Saint-Placide" (line 4), which will link you up with the rest of the city. There are also buses, English-speaking taxis, and Uber easily available.

Arriving at CDG or Orly airports, or at a Train Station, can be a very stressful experience especially when trying to navigate your way to your apartment.

Your driver will welcome you outside the French Customs Exit, when arriving via plane, or at the end of the platform when arriving via train, with a sign bearing your name, he’ll then drive you to the apartment where one of us will meet you, show you the apartment & reply to all enquiries you may have...
For a group of up to 6 guests plus luggage the transfer from either airport amounts to 120,00€.
For an arrival at any train stations within Paris, the transfer amounts to 75,00€.
For an arrival at Beauvais airport, (100KM from Paris) the transfer amounts to 220,00€.
While at it, you can book a return to either airports or train station for the prices shown above.
Transfer fees can be paid directly to your driver with a credit card or in cash or to your greeter upon arrival.
If taking another type of transport you MUST text or phone us upon leaving the airport or train station at: 01133608074698 from a foreign phone or at: 0608074698 from a French phone as, if you don’t, no one from our team will be by the building to greet you.
WELCOME BASKET: We also offer you a “welcome basket” with basic goods such as toilet paper, kitchen paper towel, soaps, trash bags, a bottle of water, milk a Paris map for streets & metro lines and other products that help start your stay in the best way.
PARIS STAFF: Our team of Paris locals is available during your stay to answer any questions, tourist related or otherwise. We will help in you any way we can.

Outside of Paris she will show you Castles such as Versailles, Vaux le Vicomte, the castles of the Loire, Mont St Michel, and even further to discover the Normandy landing beaches, and the regions of Champagne, Burgundy, and Bordeaux and so much more.
