Small settlement in the hills of Castiglione Fiorentino that can accommodate several families and groups of friends with a total capacity of 26 people.
There is a shared pool, playground for children, private terrace for each apartment, internet, satellite TV and barbecue.
Location:
The apartment is located 2 km from the calm Castaglione Fiorentino, where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. To the exciting cities of Cortona and Arezzo it is only a 15 minute drive and Montepulciano and Castiglione del Lago can be reached in less than an hour.
Inside:
There is a main house, which dates from the seventeenth century, and 7 small independent apartments located in the old buildings around it.
On the ground floor of the house there is a reading room and a children's playground available to all guests. It was the ancient cellar of the villa, now restored, and is a fascinating place with large barrels and luxurious armchairs.
The studio has 25 m2, for 2 persons.
The romantic studio is in front of the pool and has a double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It has a private terrace with table and chairs.
Outdoor:
The property has small private outdoor spaces available to every single apartment, but there are also shared areas to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of Castiglione Fiorentino and the Montecchio Castle. There is a terrace with rocking chairs and a relaxation area with hammocks, the shade of trees and a small pond.
The pool is shared by all apartments (9x15 m - depth from 1.50 m. to 2.50 m.) is open from late May to late September and also features an outdoor bathroom and sun beds. Near the pool it has a large barbecue and a playground for children. The WIFI is available throughout the hotel.
The property has a large private car park with space for 13 cars.
Note:
You can rent bicycles free of charge and tours and olive oil tasting can be arranged.
Dogs are welcome.
