Location:
The holiday home is just outside Selva, there is a stunningly beautiful city. The city has a lot of character, a lot of beautiful buildings and long history. The area around Selva is perfect for those looking for relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The city invites you to a tour of the small streets and you can enjoy both modern mixed in harmony with the traditional. In Selva there are shops, restaurants, otherwise Inca is only 6.5 km away. If you would like a day at the beach is the smaller drive to the Bay of Alcudia, located about 27 km away.
Inside:
The house has two floors. On the ground floor you find the open kitchen-dining area with sofa set with satellite TV and DVD player. Midway between the sofa and the kitchen is a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with eg. fridge-freezer and microwave. You will also find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the second double bedroom.
Outdoor:
The house has a nice covered furnished terrace with direct views of the pool. It measures 9 x 4 meters. Around the pool there are chairs and a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Beside the pool is a barbecue.
