Holiday house for 10 persons with private pool
The house is located near Porec and the beaches. There is a covered terrace with barbecue, balcony, air con, satellite TV (with surround sound) and Internet.
The house was renovated in 2008 and is a typical stone house from Istria built in 1900.
Location:
The villa is located in the village Baderna - only 15 km from Porec. Nearest grocery is 300 m away and to the nearest restaurant is 400 m. Experience Porec - it is a charming and cozy town with a beautiful old town center. The house is a good starting point for trips around Istria and to all the coastal towns.
Inside:
The property is 200 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor you will find open kitchen with dining area and sofa. There is a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. In addition to this, a bedroom with two single beds (and exit to the pool) and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms - all with private bathroom and air con. Two of the rooms have an extra bed and two of them have access to a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
Outdoors:
The plot and the lawn is 1000 m2 and the private pool is 32 m2. There is a covered terrace with barbecue and balcony on the first floor. There is private parking.
Note:
Youth groups can not book the house.
