Set of 2 Tuscan country houses located within the Tuscan nature for 12 people with private swimming pool and panoramic view over the Apuan Alps.
This is the perfect sanctuary for nature lovers. Restored from an old farmhouse and its hay barn, those holiday houses respectively spread their 130m2 and 120m2 on a 2000m2 plot. This property does not just offer a house for your holidays, but a beautiful occasion to experience Tuscany’s wild nature, with breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains. You will wake up to birdsongs and watch the sunset in the company of your friends or family.
Location:
This property is set in the famous historical region of Garfagnana, in the Apuan Alps National Park, in the region of Lucca. This area is known for its contrasted landscape made of deep valleys and its beautiful marbles. You will have the choice to take either relaxing walks or explore more sportive activities.
Indoors:
Both houses are arranged on 2 levels and can accommodate 6 people, for a total of 12 people.
LISSY: the ground floor consists of a cozy living space with fireplace, a dining room, an independent equipped kitchen, a second living space and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. The first floor offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
IDEA: the ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and a small dining space, an independent kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower. The first floor features 2 large double bedrooms (1 of them also has a bunked bed) and 1 bathroom equipped with a hydro-massage shower.
Outdoors:
Both houses offer terraces equipped with dining table, outdoor cooking facilities and have access to a common laundry space. Both enjoy breath-taking views over the surrounding mountains and share a swimming pool. Thanks to this privileged elevated location, you will be able to sunbathe by the pool while enjoying a cool breeze.
On the plot various natural goods are cultivated and harvested: aromatic herbs, olives, mushrooms, strawberries and apples.
