Very centrally located for a comfortable stay nearby the most interesting points of Venice: S.Marco's Square and the Rialto Bridge are just about 5 minutes walking distance from Ramo Venier Apartment. Few steps away from the lively Santa Maria Formosa Square, well known for its outdoor bar and restaurants, and the Salisada San Lio for shopping. The apartment is on the third floor, without lift, of a typical Venetian building. Recently restored the apartment, of about 50 sqm, consists in a large open space with kitchen and living (with high wood beaming ceiling), satellite TV and double sofa bed (on request and upon payment). Kitchen is furnished with fridge and freezer,gas stove,microwave,dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe.Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine with dryer. Very original and prestigious ceilings represented by a truss structure.Parquet floor. Air conditioning available. On request and upon payment on site: midweekly cleaning and linen change, baby bed, welcome basket with local products, baby sitter service.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.. For late arrivals a 55 Euros fee will be applied for arrivals after 7.30 p.m. and 70 Euros after 11.30 p.m.. Possibility of 2 extra beds in a sofa bed in the living room (to be requested and to be paid when booking ? euro 41/day/person). Rates vary for reservations of 3 until 5 nights.
