The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, internet connection, heating, baby bed and high chair. Externally, guests have at their disposal fenced garden, the swimming pool, barbecue and panoramic loggia for outdoor dining. Parking on the property.
Outdoors and swimming pool
The outdoor spaces extend over an area of approximately 450 sq.mt of completely fenced and very well-kept garden. In the garden in front of the house, planted with lawn and in a quiet position, there is the rectangular swimming pool (7x3.5 with a depth of 1.40 metres). The solarium area around the swimming pool is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and a shower with hot and cold water. At guests' disposal a beautiful loggia equipped as a sitting area with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dinners and a portable barbecue. Parking is located within the property and immediately outside the house.
Interior
Villetta Marice is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details to provide guests with every comfort. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with a sofa, large Smart TV, dining area, large, well-equipped kitchenette and direct outdoor access, laundry room (washing machine, sink). Mezzanine floor: 1 bathroom with shower. First floor: 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.
Location
Villetta Marice is located in a hilly position in a small residential area. The motorway connection is quickly reachable. Cultivated countryside surrounds the property. From the house it is possible to see the famous Fucecchio wildlife marsh, the largest in Europe; it is also possible to go on beautiful excursions with the "Bird Watching" boat and admire the beautiful flamingos.
