Just 50 meters away, you will find a small supermarket that spoils you with freshly baked goods. At the port of Cala Figuera, you have a selection of restaurants where you can enjoy dinner or a relaxed 'café con leche' in the afternoon.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you can experience more of Mallorca's highlights. You can discover idyllic coves such as S'Amarador or Cala Mondragó. In the town of Santanyí, about 6 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan streets and explore the numerous tasteful boutiques or visit the weekly market. Here, you will find everything you need, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones back home. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs here.

The house features an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and equipped with air conditioning for your relaxation. A dining table provides ample space for shared meals or socializing. From the living area, you have access to a balcony equipped with a small table. Enjoy your morning coffee here or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The holiday apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom is cozy and furnished with a comfortable double bed for restful nights.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
