The outdoor area boasts a private swimming pool and a furnished garden for your exclusive use. It’s an ideal solution for those looking to pass a relaxing holiday in a quiet area overlooking the lake.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
You enter the property, which is partly fenced, via a gate leading to the car park. The private garden is around 2000 sq. m. and has tall plants surrounding the rectangular pool, 8x4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, with a solarium complete with a shower, sunbeds and beach umbrellas. A covered portico with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals, can be found at the entrance to the villa.
Interior
The house has a ground floor, an attic floor and a basement floor all internally linked. The main entrance is on the ground floor. Once through the ample furnished portico, you get to the living and dining room with a large fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen in a separate space, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a spacious double bedroom with one extra single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor you will find a covered parking space, washing area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Location
Casa Evelina is in a quiet position, near a small, charming village called Tuoro and has a beautiful panoramic view reaching Lake Trasimeno and the whole Val di Chiana up to Mount Amiata.

The price includes: bathroom and bedroom linen (with weekly change), internet, light, water and gas consumptions, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at arrival there are dinners, hired help, cookery courses and a baby sitter.
Important Information
The swimming pool is available from 20/05-16/09. Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Access to the property via 900 mt of gravel narrow road.
