Propriété à usage exclusif
Typical farmhouse divided into 5 independent apartments that can accommodate 20 people in 8 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with tub or shower. Guests have access to a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a large garden with equipment for outdoor breakfasts, barbecue, TV, internet connection, 2 baby beds and high chairs. Common room with kitchenette for lunches and dinners and laundry.
Outdoors and swimming pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large outdoor area partly lawned with a swimming pool measuring 7 x 15 with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.6 meters, equipped with umbrellas (one per apartment) and sun loungers. Each apartment also has its own outdoor area with table and chairs and barbecue. In the large property there are two small lakes where it is possible to fish and paths for walking or cycling. Large parking lot.
Interior
The structure has been carefully restored using most of the original materials and 5 holiday apartments have been created , one different from the other and on various levels, adapting them to the architecture of the building.
Casa Tery (140 sqm) Access to the first floor via an external staircase with a small loggia. The apartment has a large living / dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle) separated from the living room by an arch, 1 large double bedroom with canopy bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with tub, closet.

Limonaia (110 sqm) located on the ground floor, has a large living / dining room with fireplace and kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, closet.
Granaio: (75 sqm) GR. FL.: kitchen (oven, freezer, toaster, kettle), living/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
Tino (80 sqm) GR. FL.: large living/dining room with kitchen area (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). Going up 2 stairs you access the sleeping quarters: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower one of which is without a window, lumber room.

Casale Beringhe is located in the heart of the Sienese countryside, all around cultivated fields, woods and no disturbing elements, even if only visual. Excellent accommodation in a panoramic position for groups of friends who love tranquillity.

The farmhouse is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, baby bed, high chair and parking on the property.
Services
The price includes: the supply of bed linen and towels (first supply), internet connection, electricity, water and gas consumption (but not the heating), baby bed and high chair. Upon request to be paid on the spot, possibility of organizing cooking classes, dinners, hours of domestic help, breakfast and lunch services, wine and local product tastings. Possibility to request up to 5 extra sleeping places, to be paid at booking confirmation.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Check in must take place between 16.00 and 19.00 and check out by 09.30. Common laundry room.

Located in the heart of the Sienese countryside, thanks to its position, it allows you to quickly reach both the characteristic neighboring villages such as Colle val d’Elsa and Casole as well as the cities of Siena, Florence, Pisa and Volterra.
