Amazing villa for up to 10 people in Denia, it’s very close to a sandy beach and it is in a very quiet area. The villa has all the amenities to enjoy a luxury holiday: air conditioning in all the rooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, private pool, a large garden with loungers and outdoor furniture for ten people, a built-in barbecue area, an outside toilet and a shower.
The house is divided into two floors. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a rectangular living room with a TV, table and chairs for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two irons. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a great terrace with panoramic views.
