Just a short drive away, you can experience more highlights of Mallorca. Discover idyllic coves such as Cala Sa Nau or Cala Llombards, or visit Es Trenc with its Caribbean blue waters. In the nearby town of Santanyí, approximately 3 km away, you have the opportunity to wander through the typical Mallorcan streets and explore the numerous tasteful boutiques and the weekly market. Here, you will find everything you need, including larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay.
The spacious Can Flores 1 apartment covers 87 m² and tastefully accommodates up to 4 people. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to relax and enjoy, with a comfortable couch and dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a wide selection of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, and toaster. You will have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The two bedrooms are stylishly furnished and offer comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace, allowing you to start your day with breathtaking views of the Mallorcan landscape. The bathroom in Can Flores 1 is modern and equipped with a shower.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
