Caracas 2 is a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment located in a new complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway.
Accommodating 4+2 people, this superb apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs and leads onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the first floor with lift access.
The inviting swimming pool is in a sunny outdoor communal space with plenty of room to sunbathe.
An exterior private parking space is also available.
With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is only a 12-minute walk away.
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season).
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only).
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
