Beautiful house with pool and terrace in Llubí
This cozy accommodation is located in Llubí, a small town in the center of Mallorca. The house, of rustic style, has been recently reformed but maintains the character of a typical Mallorcan village house. In addition, it is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. As far as the exterior is concerned, Can Olivera has a small natural grass garden and swimming pool and a fantastic furnished terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Llubí is a small town located in the center of Mallorca where you will find restaurants, bars and some shops. Every Tuesday the weekly market is held, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or other elaborations. Llubí is an excellent starting point to explore the island, as it is only 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beaches, or from the coves of Port de Pollença. It is also very close to Palma, the capital of the island.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für einen entspannten Urlaub eigentlich perfekt.Leider hatte das 2. Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage. Die Terasse hat zwar ein Sonnensegel, aber bei Temperaturen von über 37 Grad, war das nicht ausreichend. Bei diesem Haus handelt es sich nicht um ein freistehendes Haus. Es ist quasi ein Reihenhaus. Dadurch war es dort in den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut, zumal die Schlafzimmer zur Straße liegen. Die Straße ist so eng, dass die Autos der Anlieger direkt vor den Fenstern standen. Wir haben dort nicht geparkt, weil zur befürchten war, dass unser Auto dort zu Schaden kommt, und sind lieber etwas gelaufen. Wer einmal das typisch mallorquinische Stadtleben erfahren möchte ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Für einen Erholungsurlaub ist es nicht so gut geeignet.
