This charming chalet is situated in a nice and quiet residential area of Cala Santanyí in the southeast of the island. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach one of the island's most picturesque coves. From the local viewpoint of the cove, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the famous rock gate 'Es Pontas' and see all the way to the horizon. If you're looking for a more active adventure, you can explore the coast by kayak or stand-up paddleboard, directly from the water side.

Only 200m away, there is a small supermarket that always indulges you with freshly baked pastries, and at the beach, you have a selection of restaurants for dinner or a 'Café con Leche' in the afternoon.

A few minutes' drive away, you can experience more of Mallorca's highlights. Discover idyllic coves like 'Cala Sa Nau' or 'Cala Llombards,' or get to know 'Es Trenc' with its Caribbean-blue water.

The traditional fishing port of Cala Figuera is about 2 km away. Here, you can sit in one of the numerous restaurants along the promenade and watch the fishing boats enter the harbor.

In the town of Santanyí, about 4 km away, you have the chance to stroll through the typical Mallorcan streets and check out the many tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Property Description:

The holiday home has a friendly living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, making a self-catered dinner or evening gathering effortless. The house accommodates up to 6 people: Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds. An ideal layout for families traveling with two children. The bright, tiled bathrooms are equipped with showers and hairdryers. The holiday home has air conditioning, which you can use from June 1 to September 31.

Outside, there is a wonderful terrace with a dining table where you can have breakfast with the family in the morning or enjoy the mild night by candlelight. From here you can access the lovingly designed pool area with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The pool has a heater, which is exclusively turned on from April 1 to May 31 and from September 15 to October 31. Read a book in the shade of the palm leaves or cool off in the fresh waters of the pool. Additionally, the outdoor area has its own barbecue area, where you can prepare your individual barbecue. A special highlight is the rooftop terrace, accessible via a staircase. Here, you will find a dining table, a lounge, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and water connection. A grill is also available, for which a gas bottle needs to be purchased. The rooftop terrace offers the perfect place to fully enjoy the sun and the view. Parking is available on the street next to the house.

Since this property has central heating, you are also welcome in the winter. Whether you're a holidaymaker in the off-season or a Mallorca winter resident, a comfortable living climate is guaranteed alongside the pleasant island climate.

What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
