The charming and generously designed finca is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing port of Cala Figuera. Within a few minutes by car from the finca, you can reach the most beautiful beaches on the island, including the picturesque bay of Cala Mondragó, located in the middle of a nature reserve, offering pure relaxation with its crystal-clear water. Cala Sa Nau and Cala Santanyí are also not far away. Let yourself be enchanted by the diverse selection of sandy beaches in the southeast of the island.

The traditional fishing port of Cala Figuera is about 2 km away. Here, you can sit in one of the numerous restaurants on the promenade, watch the fishing boats entering the harbor, and even purchase freshly caught fish for a barbecue in the evening.

Approximately 3 km away in the village of Santanyí, you can stroll through the typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques, then enjoy a typical 'Café con Leche' on the town square. Additionally, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can explore the popular weekly market where you can buy fresh, local fruits and vegetables, wine and cheese, as well as various handicrafts. All wishes will be fulfilled, and you will undoubtedly find a lovely souvenir for your loved ones back home. Larger supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs are also conveniently located nearby for your shopping needs.

You enter the property through a spacious entrance area with a chandelier and find yourself in the heart of the finca. In the left wing of the ground floor, there is a stylishly furnished dining room, followed by an open kitchen with a cooking island where the whole family can cook together.

From the kitchen, you also have access to the outdoor area with the covered terrace and sun terraces next to the pool. Stylish garden furniture invites you to lounge during the day and let the evening fade away in candlelight. In the right part of the ground floor, you'll find the cozy living room and fireplace room with a piano, where you can read a book and relax undisturbed. From the ground floor, you also have access to the tastefully furnished Olivio apartment, which features a bedroom with a double bed and kitchenette, a shower room, air conditioning, and a small terrace.

An elegant curved staircase leads you to the upper floor, where you'll find the harmonious master bedroom with air conditioning and an exceptionally large double bed measuring 2x2m. The master bedroom also includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On one side, you can enjoy views of the pool, and on the other side, you'll have a view of the enchanting mountain landscape. Furthermore, there is a second bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 cm, which is often used as a children's room. This bedroom does not have air conditioning. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is a sitting room with a bathroom featuring a shower and air conditioning.

Adjacent to the pool area, you'll find the romantic Lavendel apartment with its own bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a living-dining room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The division into apartments allows larger families to spend a great time together, along with couples, older children, and grandparents, while also enjoying relaxing privacy and personal time.

The outdoor area is a true oasis with its charmingly landscaped garden and elegant pool area featuring lounge furniture and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the sunny hours on the sun terraces or relax in the refreshing shade and cool off in the pool. In the evenings, you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue in the patio.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
