2nd floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 bedrooms with double beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. Very centrally located, close to the sports bus stop, shopping and sports shop, as well as various restaurants. (The holiday flat Kulm 2 is also in the same house).

In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
