This 38 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building built in the sixties with an elevator. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment opens onto the living room, furnished with antique and modern furniture: a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a table with four chairs, a bookshelf and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, crockery and cutlery for six people. Through a small hallway from the living room you access the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large wardrobe and a bedside table. The special feature of this apartment is the bathroom, which develops on both sides of the hallway which leads to the bedroom. To the left of the hallway you can find the basin with toilet and to the right of the hallway the shower cabin.
The washing machine is in a cabinet with shelves located next to the shower cabin.
The house is equipped with a central air conditioning system.

Area
EUR (Universal Exposition of Rome) is an urban and architectural complex of Rome. The complex, built by Benito Mussolini, was planned to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the march on Rome and the Fascist seizure of power. The neighbourhood reflects the fascist ideology with its majestic and imposing architectural buildings, massive and square, built with white marble and travertine. An example is the so-called Square Colosseum, the nickname given to the Palace of Italian Civilization. Monuments to visit are the Museum of Roman Civilization, the National Museum of the Middle Ages, the national folk arts and traditions Museum and the National Museum of Prehistory and Ethnography and the new planetarium which includes the Museum of Astronomy.
Today EUR is a residential area and home to many officesand headquarters, both public and private.
Viale Europa, the most important street that crosses the neighbourhood is not only home to offices, companies and public institutions but also enables you to go shopping, have a coffee at one of the many bars or clubs, eat in a restaurant or take an aperitif in the many pubs and nightclubs.
The Lake, known as the EUR Lake Park, is rich in mediterranean vegetation and is very popular regarding sports and cultural activities. The "Cascade Garden" is a green area built in different levels with natural stones and plants of different species and has been the set of the film "L'ultimo Bacio" di Gabriele Muccino.
The Palalottomatica is an example of Italian rationalist architecture of the twentieth and was built in 1956 on the occasion of the Games of the XVII Olympiad in Rome.
The "Cloud" by Fuksas, the new convention center of EUR, will be opened in May 2016. In this neighborhood there is also the Eurosky Tower, the highest civil building in the city and one of the highest residential towers in Italy and Euroma2, a unique shopping center for style and elegance.
Some of the places that worth a visit are Gianfornaio and Palombini coffee shop.
The supermarkets are Elite in Viale Europa and SMA in Viale Beethoven, and to see a nice movie there is the moviehouse Eurcine in Via Liszt and for fitness enthusiasts there are two gyms in the neighbourhood, Eurgym and Olympia Eur.
