In this beautiful villa you will find peace, nature and comfort. It has 170 m2, private pool and capacity for 6-10 people.
In this house with warm/cold AC there are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, and three bedrooms with two single beds each. In the house there are a bathroom and a shower room.
In the spacious living-dining room you will be able to rest on the comfy sofas, read a book or watch TV with your family. There is free WIFI on request. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please keep in mind that the Wifi is shared with the neighbours and it is not recommended for downloads as the speed is not very fast.
The exterior are fantastic: have a BBQ outdoors, swim in the 4x8 meters pool, sunbathe or relax in the terrace. The 24 m2 is furnished with table and chairs and it has an area with sofas where you can chill out.
Pedreguer is a town 11 km away from Denia, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday. It is a rural area not so far from the city. The beach is only 8 km!
Pets are not allowed.
There is a parking for two cars.
