Holiday home for 7 persons just outside Palmanyola
Lovely villa in quiet surroundings with private pool and gym, sauna, satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi
Location:
The villa is located just outside Palmanyola, there is a small town with a few restaurants. The house is only 10 km to the center of Palma, which is Majorca's largest city. The city can offer everything from art and culture to architecture, shopping, good restaurants and so on. In the middle of Palma, La Seu, the Gothic cathedral, also located close to the old town. Here are also some small interesting streets, where one can find everything from museums to palaces. From here there are good bus connections to the rest of Majorca. The entire Palma bay is an exciting area with beaches and small towns.
Inside:
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with large seating area with satellite TV, DVD player and fireplace. Next door is the dining room ensuite with direct access to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains dishwasher, and a small dining table. There is a toilet and a bedroom with a bunk bed that can be converted into two single beds.
On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms, one of which has a single bed, one has two single beds and one has a double bed (but private bathroom). The other bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.
Outdoor:
The house has a lovely furnished terrace that overlooks the pool. It measures 12 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.10 to 2.0 meters. Around the pool there are sun beds. Separate from the house is an extension of an assembly hall with grill, refrigerator and a long table. Moreover the exclusive hotel a fitness room with sauna (extra charge) to the house.
