Holiday home for 4 persons between Port Pollensa and Alcudia
The villa is close to town and beach with private pool, satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi
Location:
The villa is right between Port Pollensa and Port d'Alcudia. Port Pollensa, a charming town on the north coast of Majorca. There are approximately 5 km to the sandy beach, and here you will also find supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. One of the best ways to explore Port Pollensa is to take a walk down the "The Pine Walk", a waterfront promenade. Close to Port Pollensa is the Tramuntana mountains, which is well suited for hiking as cycling. There are approximately 6 km to the center of Pollensa which clearly is worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. If you want to explore the Bay of Alcudia, is this only about 6 km.
Inside:
The house is 115 m2 and has a nice bright marble floors and lovely large windows, making the house very bright. The living room is combined living and dining room with a cozy sitting area with satellite TV and fireplace. There is also room for a dining table and offers direct access to the outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with among other things a dishwasher and microwave, and here there is direct access to the outdoor area. The house has two bedrooms one with a double bed with ensuite bathroom with bath, while the second bedroom has twin beds with a desk and doors out to the garden. Both bedrooms are spacious and bright. Here is another bathroom with shower.
Outdoor:
The house has a lovely view of the Pollensa area with olive groves and orchards with the Tramuntana mountains in the background. The house also has two lovely furnished covered terraces. It overlooks the pool, which measures 7.5 x 3.5 meters. There are also sun loungers and parasols.
Note:
There is general cleaning 2 times per week.
