Holiday home for 3 people in between the Bays of Pollenca and Alcudia
Cozy small villa with private pool, sat tv, DVD player and WiFi in quiet surroundings
Location:
There are about 5.5 km to the center of Pollenca which clearly is worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. There is a short drive to the fine beach Llenaire, located in the seaside resort of Puerto Pollenca. Here you will find everything you need for a day at the beach, for example restaurants, supermarkets and so on. If you want to explore the Bay of Alcudia, is this only about 11.5 km.
Inside:
The house is 75 m2. From the front door you enter the kitchen-family room. Here is a sofa with satellite TV, a small dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with eg. dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. In the kitchen there is a separate pantry. Furthermore, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From kitchen-family room is a staircase up to a mezzanine with a single bed.
Outdoor:
The house offers a large covered terrace overlooking the pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 1.1 to 2.2 meters. The pool includes sunbeds and parasols. Here there is a view of the surrounding areas. There is also a small outdoor laundry room.
Note:
There is general cleaning 2 times per week.
