Lovely bright villa with room for 5 people
Location:
The villa is located just outside Sant Llorenc de Cardassar, which is worth a visit. In the middle of the town square Placa Nova, where you also find the old church of Sant Llorenc with an impressive façade. There is a lovely view from the villa of the countryside and the mountains of Felanitx. This part of Mallorca is known for its rich fauna and many different species of birds. The villa is about 11 km from the nearest beach in Cala Millor, which invites a dip in the 2 km long sandy beach.

The villa from 2008 is 90 m2 distributed in three bedrooms; one with double bed and bathroom ensuite, one with twin beds and one with a single bed (with direct access to the terrace), two bathrooms with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with f.ex. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, adjacent to the the kitchen is a small pantry. The house also features a combined dining and living room with fireplace, sitting area, dining table etc. There's air conditioning in the double bedrooms and livingroom.
Outdoor:
The villa has a beautiful large terrace on a total of 66 m2 of which 25 m2 is covered. The terrace is furnished and you can sit and enjoy the view. Alongside the terrace is the pool, which measures 7 x 3.5 meters, which is surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, fruit trees and a vegetable garden for free.
