Large house situated on a large plot, and there are views to the surrounding countryside. There is a terrace, barbecue, satellite TV and WiFi.
Location:
The house is situated in the hills of Marciano della Chiana in the southern part of Tuscany. There is a short drive to the city, as well as to Cortona and Castiglion Fiore CD.
The house is a great opportunity to make day trips to Rome, Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and several other places.
Inside:
There are two buildings: a main building and a small house next to the main house.
The main house is on two levels and comprises:
On the ground floor there are 2 fully equipped kitchens, dining room, living room and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped each with a double bed. One bedroom and one bathroom is handicap friendly.
On the first floor there are three bathrooms and five bedrooms, of which the 4 equipped each with a double bed good fifth with two single beds. There is a living room with a double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms.
In the small house there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. This house is also disabled access.
Outdoor:
The plot is 20,000 m2 and has garden, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
The pool measures 14 x7 m.
Note:
Pool is opened from May to September.
