Large holiday home on 450 m2 for 12 persons with private pool (fenced) in a wonderful location close to Palma.
Very nice house with plenty of space for 12 people, situated close to the city of Palma. The house offers besides a great view down to the city of Palma and the bay on all modern comforts expected of a modern holiday home. There are Sat-TV, Wifi, washing machine, a fine annexe with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and not least, the pool fenced to prevent access for the smallest in the family. For entertainment there is a pool table and slot machine.
Location:
The city of Palma and the airport and a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafés and other entertainment is just 10 km from the house. For Palmas fine sand and party beaches are only 6.8 km. The next town with supply options are S'Aranjasso, only 2 km from the house. The plot is 7600 m2 and the terrace offers a clear day a very nice view of the city of Palma and the bay. From S'Aranjasso has a bus service to Palma.
Interior:
The house assign its 450 m2 on two floors and includes 6 bedrooms with 3 x 1 double, 2 x 1 bed and 1 x 4 bunk beds. Additionally exists 6 bathrooms, 5 with shower and one with tub. Furthermore modernt kitchen with all equipment. Cozy living room with TV and WiFi and access to the covered terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large room with a pool table and slot machine.
Outdoor:
The house is perfect for the outdoors. Lovely furnished, covered terrace to stay and with good views of Palma city and bay, and into the green surroundings. The big reason is landscaped with lawn and pool area is komplett closed so that there is hindered access to the little family members.
In an annexe building is decorated an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area for all, while the terrace offers space for those cozy evening hours.
Parking in the grounds. The pool measuring 9 x 5 m, and has a depth between 1.5 and 1.9 m.
The house can only be rented to families. Youth groups (people under 20 years) are kindly requested to disregard booking this house. The homeowner wants passport data of all people in your group before arrival.
