Lovely holiday villa in the countryside for 8 people with private pool.
Here there is plenty of room inside as well as outside for 8 people. The house is not far from the town of Selva in a totally secluded location, with good views of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding countryside, as well as the city itself. The house is well equipped with air con, satellite TV, WiFi, large pool and barbecue area.
Location:
Not far from the house is the small manageable city Selva, which may offer some shopping and restaurants after 750 meters .. There is a bus stop about 700 meters away. The location is a good starting point for excursions in the Tramuntana mountains, sightseeing and visits to various other cities, especially the Inca with its large Thursday market, and of course the beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia, which is reached after 20km. The airport is approximately 35 km.

The house has 220 m2, all on the ground floor, divided into 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), 2 bathrooms with a bath tub, as well as a well fitted kitchen with dining area and a living room where there is satellite-TV. WiFi and Air Con throughout the house.

Outside you find a lovely covered porch of 40 m2, which has a lovely view in the distance, but also surveying the landscaped garden and pool area. There are sun beds and good patio furniture.
