Holiday house for 6 people with private pool.
Aurelio Villa is a luxurious country house in a tranquil setting outside of Lucca . There is an outdoor dining area, grill, fireplace , WiFi and satellite television.
Location:
The country house is located outside of Lucca on a hilltop. There are good views of the Lucca area from the garden. Lucca is known for the city wall. Remember to walk through the narrow streets up to the great amphitheater square. The house is a good starting point for trips around Tuscany - to cities such as Florence, Pisa and the spa town of Montecatini Terme.
Interior:
The 200 m2 house is divided into two stories with the inside being a typical country house with exposed stone walls in the living room. On the ground floor is the family kitchen decorated in country style, with an extra bathroom and a laundry room. There is also a living room with exposed stone walls and fireplace. On the 1st floor you will find the 3 bedrooms each with air conditioning and bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed while the other two have twin beds. There is also a reading room.
Exterior:
The country house is situated on a hilltop and has a fantastic view over the Lucca area from the garden. The plot is 2000 m2. To get to the pool (50m2), one takes the lovely walk along a path with olive trees. The pool area has hardwood floors around the pool and the area is located in a completely quiet place with great views. There is a lovely garden as well.
