A perfect little apartment right on the seaside for a maximum of 5 people.
The apartment is on the ground floor, elevated from street level, in a minor 2 storeyed property Enjoy the scenic views of Pollensa Bay and the convenience of just 40 meters to the beach and a plonge in the sea. Sat TV and air conditioning in the lounge.
Location :
The apartment is located right on the water and has panoramic views of the bay, the beach and the mountains in the background. We are within walking distance to Alcudia, Mallorca 's oldest city with a comprehensive choice of interesting shops, restaurants and bars. There is the opportunity to experience a bullfight in the town's own arena. Within 2.5 km you will find both a tennis court and a diving center. The golf course is approx. 15 minutes away by car, and there horseback riding 1.5 km from the apartment. Palma city is 58 km away
Inside:
The apartment is well equipped and displays modern furnishings . A gorgeous and functional kitchen with gas stove and in open connection to a combined dining / living room. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 joined single beds. Then fifth is a folding bed which is free of charge but which needs to be requested. The bathroom comes in bright colours and is pleasantly spacious with shower. A great apartment in a perfect location.
Outdoor :
There is a terrace with a table and chairs and also a small covered veranda with dining area. There is an outdoor shower and a mobile barbecue. The beach is right outside the apartment. An Ideal location close to beach and town.
