The nearest major town Bibbiena is approximately 10 km (15 minutes) away, and to the cities of Florence and Siena each about 80 km. The important role of Bibbiena in the region Arezzo is shown by many beautiful old buildings in the historic center today. The city offers a variety of shops etc.
This fantastic villa is situated on a hill ( 400 m above nn) only about 100 meters away in a bend of the river Arno , surrounded by a unique landscape and a great view. The property is ideal for family gatherings. It has its own small chapel in the example, one could align his wedding.
