La Pera is a beautiful modern apartment of 110 m2 with views on the canal leading to the sea. At only 350 m. from the sandy beach of Can Picafort, it is the center of Puerto de Alcudia close the the Marina with its charming port. The ideal holiday apartment for 2-3 couples or a family with children.
Location:
The apartment is centrally but still quietly located in the center of Puerto de Alcudia. The Marina, with its lovely restaurants and bars, is pedestrian and is ideal for enjoying the harbour life in daytime or lovely strolls through the port in the evening. The sandy beach, stretching all along the Bay of Alcudia is only 350 m. away, and so is the supermarket. There are many attractions for children, such as water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia (9.4 km). Historical Alcudia, the nature reserve SAlbufeira and lovely Mallorcan villages are in the direct vicinity. Golf Alcanada is at 3.5 km. It is a 40 minutes drive by car to Palma or you take the train into Palma from Sa Pobla (14 km).
Indoors:
This apartment is totally reformed and is modern furnished with taste. It consists of a combined living/dining room with open fire place and satellite-TV, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there is 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower. The electrical heating makes this apartment also perfect for stays outside the high season.
Outdoors:
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fresh air and meals outside and looks onto the canal leading to the sea. There is one parking space in the open-air parking on the building grounds.
