Apartment Julia (100 m2) in the quiet part of Can Pastilla is perfect for 2 couples or parents with children. It is at only 80 m. from the beach and close to the charming marina and village of Can Pastilla with its long boulevard. It is ideal for beach and sea lovers and close to Palma.
Location:
Can Pastilla is a small village with a small marina with good (fish) restaurants. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are around the corner all along the long boulevard. The boulevard invites for lovely walks along the beach with fabulous sunsets in the early evening. You reach Palma, the islands capital, in 10 minutes by car. Here you enjoy rich culture, the famous Cathedral and beautiful Old Town, wonderful shops and a good night life.
Interior:
This ground floor apartment has a spacious living room, a fairly new fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry space, 1 double bedroom at the back and 1 twin bedroom at the front with bathroom en-suite with bath. There is 1 further bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct terrace access. This property is equipped with internet/WiFi.
