Villa Blanca is a beautiful apartment with private garden and terrace, situated close to the sandy beach.
Location:
Located in Colonia St. Pere the apartment is ideal for those who want to holiday in a quiet location with beach, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Colonia St. Pere is an old fishing village with several beaches and a small sailing club, and a pretty little promenade along the sea.
Inside:
The apartment is 110 m2 located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two each have 2 single beds. From the double bedroom has beautiful views of the mountains. There are two bathrooms with shower.
There is also a separate kitchen, dining and living area.
Exterior:
The garden is 400 m2 and has 25 m2 covered terrace, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Moreover, sun loungers are available.
