Holiday apartment in Can Picafort for 4 persons (+ 2 in option) at 30 m. from the sea and with sea view.
Donzella is a comfortable 100 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of the building and in 1st line position to the sea. It only is 30 m. to the sandy beach of Can Picafort. It has sea view from the terrace and is perfect for 2-3 couples or a family with children.
Location:
The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood at the sea in Can Picafort. Within one minute you are on the sandy beach, which stretches all along the whole Bay of Alcudia. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, of which several in the street. The supermarket is at 3.4 km. There are many attractions for children, such as water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia (9.4 km). Historical Alcudia, the nature reserve S’Albufeira and lovely Mallorcan villages are in the direct vicinity. Golf players have Golf Alcanada at 14.5 km. It is a 40 minutes’ drive by car to Palma or you take the train into Palma from Sa Pobla (14 km).
Indoors:
This apartment, simply furnished but with everything you need, is bright because of its sliding glass doors to the terrace, and consists of a combined living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table for 4. There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sofa bed in the living/dining room offers space for 2 people. The satellite-TV offers Spanish, German and English channels.
Outdoors:
The terrace has sea view and is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fresh air and meals outside. There is one parking space in the open-air parking on the building grounds.
