Roa is a cosy small apartment of 55 m2 at only 40 m. from the sandy beach of Can Picafort. It has partial sea view and is perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2 children.
Location:
The apartment is located in the centre of town with restaurants and shops in the same street. With the beach – stretching all along the whole Bay of Alcudia – on your doorstep, this is the perfect location for those who love the beach and swimming in the sea. The supermarket is at 250 m. There are many attractions for children, such as water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia (9.4 km). Historical Alcudia, the nature reserve S’Albufeira and lovely Mallorcan villages are in the direct vicinity. Golf players have Golf Alcanada at 15 km. It is a 40 minutes’ drive by car to Palma.
