Neptu is a cosy and pleasant apartment of 100 m2 is on the 2nd floor of the building and in 2nd line position at 200 m. from the beach of Can Picafort. It has partial sea view and is perfect for 2-3 couples or a family with children.
Location:
The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood at the sea in Can Picafort. Within minutes you are on the sandy beach, which stretches all along the whole Bay of Alcudia. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarket is at 600 m. There are many attractions for children, such as water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia (9.4 km). Historical Alcudia, the nature reserve S’Albufeira and lovely Mallorcan villages are in the direct vicinity. Golf players have Golf Alcanada at 14 km. It is a 40 minutes’ drive by car to Palma.

This apartment has a combined living/dining room with direct balcony access and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table for 4. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with an auxiliary bed and 2 bathrooms with bath. The sofa bed in the living/dining room offers space for 2 people. Outdoors:
The balcony has partial sea view and is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fresh air and meals outside. There is one parking space in the open-air parking on the building grounds.
