Modern holiday chalet in Son Serra de Marina for 4 persons close the sea and with communal swimming pool.
A modern apartment in a chalet with one other apartment, is in 2nd line position to the sea at the north-east coast of Mallorca with a communal pool and a spacious secluded garden. Therefore, it is ideal for families with small children. The pristine beach of Son Serra de Marina at only 150 m. will impress you!
Location:
The chalet is situated in Son Serra de Marina, a quiet holiday urbanization in the Bay of Alcudia with a few good restaurants and a supermarket. The beach of Son Serra de Marina is one of the widest pristine beaches on the island. You can reach neighbouring Colonia de Sant Pere either via the beach and coast (approx. 3 km) or by car (12 km). Worth a visit is Artà, one of the few municipalities of Mallorca which still preserves its rich rural environment and landscape. Walk on top of the Fort’s walls and enjoy the stunning views from this hilltop or simply saunter through the historical center. You can take the train into Palma from either Muro (18 km) or from Manacor (23 km). Golf players can go to Golf Alcanada near Pto. de Alcudia (23.5 km) and Golf Capdepera near Artà (26 km).
Indoors:
The apartment (130 m2) pleasantly furnished and divided over 2 floors, consists of a sitting/dining room with satellite-TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor are 1 double bedroom with a small balcony, 2 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower).
Outdoors:
You have direct access to the uncovered terrace from the sitting/dining room and from the kitchen. From here you have partial sea view and mountain views. You have your own part with a lawn of the spacious garden and you share the swimming pool with the guest of the other apartment. The pool is open all year round. There is sufficient parking space in the quiet street.
