Fantastic villa of 500 m2 to 10 people (+4 on request and against a fee possible) on a huge plot with private pool.
This villa is modern furnished with everything you need on your vacation. Besides the private pool, here is a lovely view, air conditioning and WiFi
Location:
This stunning villa is located right in between the small town of Llubi and Inca. Inca is the third largest city in Majorca, however, the city is best known as a town on the way to Alcudia. The city has a nice old part, and a shopping trip and a stop at one of the city "Cellars" is guarantee of good value for money. A Cellar is a converted old wine cellar, which is the traditional Majorcan dishes on the menu. In Inca there are great opportunities to get ruined in the many designer boutiques, jewelers, leather shops (including outlets), delicacy shops and several grocery stores. The town also hosts Majorca's biggest weekly market every Thursday where you can haggle through the hundreds of stalls selling meat, clothing, miscellaneous food and more. You can also find grocery shopping in Llubi which is known for its olives and olive oil. In Llubi is also held various festivals, including honey and music festivals. Only about 20 km from the villa is the imposing medieval castle Castell d'Alaro, one of the most visited attractions on the island. From the villa there is approximately 20 km to Can Picafort beaches.
Inside:
The villa is 500 m2 and is built of the finest materials, for example marble floors. The property consists of two buildings, the main house in three floors and a small annex. From the front door of the main house to get into the hall where the stairs to the first floor is located. If you go straight ahead you come into an impressive large family kitchen, where there is a sitting area with satellite TV and fireplace, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen, where among other things found large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and more. On the ground floor are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom while the other has two single beds. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom. In the lower level is a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom and a small living room. To complement the main house is also a utility room where there is a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
The annex consists of a large kitchen with fireplace, large fridge-freezer and an impressive window section. There is also room for a dining table. In the basement is the last double bedroom. There is also a toilet. Just outside the annexe is also a cozy small furnished terrace.
Outdoor:
The plot of 20,000 m2 has well-kept garden and pool area of about 700 m2. Here are planted fruit trees, and depending on the season, can be harvested slightly different fruit. The pool measures 5 x 11 meters and has a saltwater pool surrounded by a wooden terrace complete with loungers. From here there is also an impressive view of the surrounding countryside and its mountains. The house also has two furnished covered terraces.
IMPORTANT INFORMATON:
This house can not be rented by groups of young people under 30 years.
The villa offers 14 sleeps, but only 10 are included in the rental price. The 4 others are available ONLY on request and against a fee.
