Lovely townhouse for 4 people with only 170 m. to the sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere, a little quiet place on the north eastern cost of Mallorca, with communal swimming pool.
Colonia de Sant Pere is a little village with some hotels, restaurants, holiday homes, and a very nice sandy beach as well as its own little harbor. Here you can stay away from the mass tourist places and enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment.
Indoor:
On 110 m2 you find a modern, young and freshly funished holiday home for two couples or a little family of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utilities and is connected to the living/dining room. Furthermore, you find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A lovely bathroom with shower completes the interior. The house is entirely air conditioned. WiFi available.
Outdoor:
Each townhouse has its own furnished terrace and balcony, as well as a little garden (200 m2). The pool (10 x 5 m.) is in the estates backyard and can be used for all 9 townhouses in this complex.
Only 170 m. away you'll find yourself on the sandy beach and bathing in the Mediterranean Sea.
Please indicate the desire for heating at least one week prior to travel, so for a sufficient amount of fuel oil can be taken care of.
