This 50m2 apartment is part of an old farm renovated and transformed into five holiday apartments. Together they share a large swimming-pool, an outdoor kitchen with bread oven and barbecue space for great outdoor moments. This apartment offers a private garden of 85m2 with a view over the valley.
Location:
This property is located in the Pistoia region, close to Lamporecchio and at the heart of the Montalbano area. Thanks to this ideal location, you will enjoy a panoramic view from most angles of the property on the surrounding natural area, composed of pine trees, cypresses and olive groves. It is also at just a few hundred meters from the medieval village of Porciano. A variety of cultural and sportive excursions are available in the area.
Indoors:
Simple yet cozy ground floor apartment composed of a combined living space made of a living/dining room with double sofa bed (2 pers.) and open kitchen, revolving around the beautiful open fireplace. There are also 1 double bedroom, 1 single bed in an open middle room located between the living room and the bedroom, as well as 1 bathroom. There is a small private terrace with garden furnished with table and chairs offering a nice view over the valley.
Outdoors:
The swimming-pool area in built for both adults and children (small pool of 2x4m), and is equipped to allow you to sunbathe while listening to the song of the valley, while a nice outdoor cooking area, to be shared as well, will allow you to spend great moments for party pizzas or wine trials. There is a common space providing with washing-machine, internet access point. During the months of October, November and December you will be able to participate in the picking of olives, used for the preparation of a local organic olive oil.
