You can take the Line 1 waterbus to the Santa Lucia Railway Station and you can take lines to Murano island (famous for its glass-making industry) and Burano island (famous for its lace-making industry, the pretty fishing village has its streets and canals lined by pastel coloured houses.) in the Venetian Lagoon.
