Welcome to our charming 86 sqm apartment in Es Llombards, an idyllic spot on the enchanting island of Mallorca. This perfect retreat accommodates up to two guests, making it ideal for couples or friends. The guest apartment, situated in an annex building, shares the outdoor area and pool with the main house and with another guest apartment. Please note that the apartment is reserved exclusively for adult use.
Location and Surroundings:
Our apartment is conveniently accessible from Palma and the airport in just 45 minutes and offers excellent connections to the picturesque coves of Cala Llombards (5 km, about 9 minutes by car) and Cala Santanyi (7 km, about 10 minutes by car). Local bakeries and restaurants are just 200 meters away and can be reached in less than two minutes on foot. The town center and the charming city of Santanyí are only 3 km away, making the apartment an ideal starting point to explore local culture and culinary delights.
Apartment Details:
The apartment is located on the upper floor, accessible via a separate external staircase, and offers simple and complete facilities that will meet all your needs. Two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), ensure flexibility and comfort. A bathroom with a shower is available for your refreshment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, and you can particularly enjoy the Mallorcan sun on the sunny terrace. Thanks to the air conditioning, pleasant temperatures prevail even on hot days, and during the colder season, it warms the living spaces.
Outdoor Area:
The shared outdoor area with pool invites you to linger and relax. Sun loungers by the pool are available for communal use. Parking is available on the street next to the house.

As a peaceful retreat for adults only, we offer our guests an undisturbed and relaxing stay. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of our exclusive adult oasis, where you can unwind and let your soul dangle, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What is in the apartment?
Bed linen, towels, and optional pool towels for an additional fee are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
