This beautiful, bright and cozy two bedroom penthouse apartment is just ideal for couples, friends or smaller families looking for a quieter area of town without sacrificing the convenience of being near the centre of Sitges. It enjoys the charm of a small neighborhood with the local supermarket, florist, butcher, cafe, bars and a myriad of other small commerce just footsteps from the apartment. However, walking to the dozens of beaches in Sitges and the more frequented areas of town is just a short 5-10 minute walk. The train station is conveniently located just a few minutes walk away with convenient service into the centre of Barcelona.
The apartment is blessed with natural light all day! It´s large ocean facing terrace is just perfect for soaking up sun during the day and chilling out during the evening hours enjoying the cool mediterranean breeze as you and your family/friends chill out and enjoy a home cooked meal under the soft LED colour lighting. It has exterior dining available for 5 and teak lounge chairs with cushions to work your tan.

The apartment is well equipped for any time of year! Enjoy Air conditioning for the warmer summer months with additional ceiling fans in each bedroom and central heating with radiators for the cooler winter months.
The apartment building is modern and only has 3 neighbors making access to the large elevator very practical and fast especially when moving luggage back and forth. Many apartment buildings in Sitges do not have elevators which becomes a major logistical challenge when transporting luggage.
