Oasis is a charming, small apartment for 2 people, located above Cala Santanyi, in a quaint urbanization. It is just 800 meters from the beach, accessible via the road leading to Cala Santanyí, where you can reach the picturesque white sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. A few minutes' drive away, you can experience more of Mallorca's highlights. Discover idyllic coves like 'Cala Sa Nau' or 'Cala Llombards,' or get to know 'Es Trenc' with its Caribbean-blue waters.
In the town of Santanyí, about 3 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan streets and explore the numerous, tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here, your desires will be fulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. Here you will also find larger supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and ATMs.
The Oasis apartment is located on the upper floor of a small house and is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed. The living area includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals as you wish. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but fans are available in the bedroom and living area.
A spacious terrace with an electric grill and comfortable furniture is accessible from the living area and bedroom. Here you can relax, enjoy the sun, and have your meals outdoors. The terrace offers you a private outdoor space to enjoy the warm days and balmy evenings.
As a guest of Oasis, you also have access to a large communal pool, which is very suitable for swimming. The pool area is beautifully grown with palms and plants. Comfortable loungers are available in the right area of the pool. Here you can cool off and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
The apartment offers an ideal location for a relaxing seaside vacation and is the perfect place to fully enjoy the beauty of Cala Santanyi bay. Here, a dreamlike environment awaits you, promising unforgettable memories.
What is in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
